  •  Is a deposit required?
    Yes, a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due on day of pickup/delivery. E-transfer is preferred. If paid in cash, it needs to be the exact amount. Payments are made to orders@charmberries.com
  • Do you offer delivery?
    Yes, there's an additional cost for delivery and it varies depending on the location. Weekday deliveries are offered from between 6pm-9pm. Weekend deliveries can be done anytime between 10am- 4pm. If you request a different delivery time, we may be able to accommodate depending on our availability. Delivery fee must be paid before delivery is made.
  • When can I place my order?
    We require 1-3 weeks notice depending on the type of order. Orders placed less than a week are subject to a rush fee.
  • What if I want to switch my date?
    No problem! We allow 1 date change. If we are notified a week before your original day, we may be able to honor it, but it's not always guaranteed that we can. Also, the date change has to be within the same month. Changed date after a month will require a new deposit and be considered a new order.
